We hold our triathlon and duathlon races at the idyllic North Head, part of the Sydney Harbour National Park.
​This means picturesque views, minimal traffic and flat, fast bike and run courses.
The races are organised by WTC and sanctioned through NSWTriathlon.
Entries are open to all comers with non TA memebers able to purchase a one day race licence. Other Tri Club members and newcomers are encouraged and welcomed.
Professionally timed, course marshals, raffle prizes and refreshments as part of  your race fee.

The 2024/25 Northern Beaches Triathlon Race Series, hosted by Warringah Triathlon Club is held at North Head Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, with races monthly from November to April.
​Race day check in and transition are located in the North Fort area with our cycle course on the recently resurfaced North Scenic Drive following development of the National Park administered area.
​There is also an improvement to the run course, with the reintroduction of the Fairfax track and its splendid views across the harbour.   
The race dates, entry costs and the athlete guides are below. 
Distances - Warringah Triathlon Club host both Sprint and Enticer races and it is our aim to provide the races that encourage all levels of ability to compete and are open to all TA members and we also encourage non members to give triathlon a go. 
  • Enticer 375m Swim / 12km Bike / 2.5km Run
  • Sprint 750m Swim / 21km Bike / 5km Run
Note both races have a long T1 Run of 2km from swim to bike, unique to WTC races
Juniors - We actively support  juniors with free racing for WTC juniors (12-16 years old) and just $10 for all other juniors. 
These are a perfect opportunity for the seasoned racer or those new to triathlon to hone their skills in a friendly, supportive environment.

Entries - Registration is only via the online portal (Race Roster) that closes on the Friday evening at 5pm, two days before each race, that facilitates the preparation for the timing system.
To assist the club and ensure you get your spot enter early and please don't wait until the last few days to enter.
When the race cap of 120 is reached the portal will not accept anymore entries.  

​All competitors must have read and understood the race athletes guide (see below) that explain all you need to know about arriving, the race format, course and local race rules.

Race Manuals - Mandatory reading prior to racing

The 2024/5 Athletes guides are updated to incorporate a small changes to the run course from previous seasons.

All competitor's must review the current guide to familiarise yourself  with what to expect.

About our club races:

Our races are held to provide an opportunity for athletes to meet other club members, race your mates and compare yourself against competitors on the same course through the season to gauge your performances.

Warringah Triathlon Club members receive discounted entry fees, although we encourage other clubs, TA members and non TA members to come along and enjoy the beautiful North Head course in a friendly and safe environment that caters for all abilities.

Races are electronically timed and full race results by segment published. Podium prizes and the series handicap award are up for grabs plus at every event we have lucky draw prizes, including the chance to  "win your club championship entry" for members who enter and race at Club Champs! The club also provides complementary refreshments for all competitors, volunteers and supporters at every event
Race day meet at North Fort, North Head in time to complete registration & transition set up by 6am.
