IRONMIKE TRIATLON COACHING

Mike is an Experienced Accredited Triathlon Australia Level 2 Performance Coach.

​His focus is to assist athlete’s reach their full potential & achieve their goals whilst maintaining a balanced lifestyle Coaching programs are customized and tailored to each athlete’s age, ability, training history, time availability & lifestyle.

• Triathlon Coaching for all levels & distances
• Periodised training and race plans based on proven scientific principles

WARD COACHING

Triathlon performance coaching specialists offering face to face and online individual programming to help you reach your performance potential. 
Founded by Bern and Nicole Ward we have been involved in Triathlon since 2004 and have competed in over 150 triathlons over all distances in Australia and abroad. We have experienced the sport at all levels, from beginner age group to international elite, short course triathlon to ironman all whilst managing busy careers. 

Ward Coaching understand what it takes to succeed in both work and sport and love to partner with driven athletes who are committed to achieving their best. Through Team Ward we have a talented, fun and dynamic group and run weekly training sessions as well as a number of challenging training weekends and camps throughout the year.
